  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are charged annually in advance.
  • You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
  • Refunds after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Partial refunds may be provided for unused portions of annual subscriptions under exceptional circumstances.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using the service and our support team cannot resolve them.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error or billing mistake.
  • Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchased a subscription or upgrade.
  • Service Unavailability: If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to technical issues on our end.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Voice cloning credits that have been used
  • Generated audio content that has been downloaded
  • Subscription fees for periods where the service was actively used
  • Third-party service fees (payment processing, external API usage)
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless specified otherwise)

5. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email address and subscription details
  3. Provide a clear explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  4. Include any relevant documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings dashboard
  • Contacting our support team
  • Through your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe)

Important: Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically qualify you for a refund of current charges.

7. Free Trial Policy

For users on free trials:

  • You can cancel your trial at any time before it expires
  • No charges will be applied if you cancel before the trial period ends
  • If you don't cancel, you'll be automatically charged for the selected plan
  • You may request a refund within 30 days of being charged if you didn't intend to continue

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Special terms may apply to promotional offers:

  • Promotional pricing may have different refund terms
  • Lifetime deals and special offers are generally non-refundable

  • Any remaining credits or unused features will be forfeited
  • Future billing will be cancelled automatically

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify existing customers of material changes via email or through our service.
